Can I order multiple items and ship to different locations?
Yes, you can ship printed collateral items to different locations, but you will need to place a separate order for each location. The checkout process will only accommodate one shipping location at a time.
Is there a charge to order custom collateral? No, Western Alliance Bank is proud to offer you approved customized marketing materials at no charge.
How soon will my digital order arrive?
Your digital order will arrive within one business day.
How soon will my print order arrive? Please allow 7-10 business days for your print order to arrive after you have reviewed and approved your proof for accuracy. If a rush order is required, please contact wabcustomcollateral@westernalliancebank.com.
Can I make additional edits to my custom collateral?
Unfortunately, you are only able to customize the contact section of your collateral. If you feel there is something that needs to be revised or if you have a suggestion on how we can improve our collateral, please email wabcustomcollateral@westernalliancebank.com. Please be sure to reference the specific collateral piece in your message.
If Western Alliance Bank is reviewing my order, why do I also need to review it?
Western Alliance Bank reviews all orders as an extra measure of security. We still need you to approve your order to ensure the details of your order are accurate (e.g. name, title, shipping address, etc.).
All orders placed through this website will be reviewed by Western Alliance Bank.
